The Wilderness Adventure Club prioritizes safety. Before every trip, a comprehensive safety briefing will be conducted, addressing potential risks, hazards, and safety concerns. Additionally, you will be provided with proper techniques and the essential skills needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure experience.
By participating in any activities organized by The Wilderness Adventure Club, including but not limited to white water rafting, canoeing, and sea kayaking, all participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure sports and outdoor activities. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and dangers, and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Wilderness Adventure Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their participation.
Participants further acknowledge their responsibility to adhere to safety guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by The Wilderness Adventure Club and its authorized representatives. It is the responsibility of each participant to assess their own physical abilities, fitness level, and health condition to determine their suitability for the activities. The Wilderness Adventure Club reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or endangering the safety of themselves or others.
Participants agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their medical history, allergies, and any other relevant details that may impact their ability to participate safely. It is recommended that participants obtain personal insurance coverage to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances or accidents.
By registering for and participating in activities organized by The Wilderness Adventure Club, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this safety and indemnity clause, understanding the risks involved and assuming full responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
